Saint Paul’s Community Foundation is a philanthropic non-profit affiliate of Saint Paul’s Baptist Church. Formed to establish a sound financial structure to provide funding capable of sustaining the mission, ministry and operations of Saint Paul’s Baptist Church as well as it affiliates and worthy causes in the greater Richmond community.

Since 2000, the SCRIP program has contributed more than $130,000 to the Emergency Assistance Fund of Saint Paul’s Baptist Church. This fund is used exclusively to assist people having financial emergencies. Since 2000, we have helped thousands of people avoid eviction, keep their utilities on, purchase groceries and address other life emergencies. You can help by obtaining a gift card to your favorite merchant.

Based on your purchase, merchants contribute a percentage back to our emergency fund. Review the extensive list of merchants online at or for personal assistance in purchasing your cards, call 804.463.2466 and our team will respond to your voicemail. We are grateful to add to this legacy today with a donation of $2,000 to the Pete Moss fund.

We have several 501 (c)(3) organizations that were formed to support our mission of empowering people to grow into the persons that God created them to be and to support our vision of communicating the positive power of Jesus Christ to our generation by finding needs and meeting them, finding problems and solving them and finding hurts and healing them.

These organizations or “affiliates” as we call them need your prayers and financial support to carry out their respective mission and to achieve their goals. You may mail your donation to the respective organization at the address listed below or you may give online following the instruction further down on this page.

Thank you in advance for your prayers and donations!
