Whether it's a two person meeting, or a concert with 3000 attendees, a wedding and wedding reception, a seminar or conference, we have the facilities to accommodate you or your organization. A special events coordinator is available to assist you with planning and whatever you need to make your event a memorable and blessed occasion. Here you will find forms along with instructions, where appropriate, that must be completed when requesting meeting space, kiosks, room set-ups and food services.  Requests should be submitted on the appropriate forms directly to the Campus Services Office via e-mail, fax or U. S. Mail.  Upon receipt, requests will be reviewed and a response will be returned to you by mail. The completed forms should be forwarded to the Ministry/Staff Team Leader for approval before submitting to the Campus Services Office. The Ministry/Staff Leader will be contacted with a decision and information.
